Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer both one off and regular shredding options.
Whilst many customers have a regular service to keep on top of their shredding as they go along, there are times when businesses need to securely destroy archived documents. We cater for both.
We offer a very scaleable service from one bag in a domestic home all the way through 100 pallets from a large corporate.
We currently shred for private individuals, companies, charities, schools, organisations, councils and even prisons!
We aim to recycle 100% of your shredded material.
We also use UK based paper mills to help keep CO2 low, thus minimising the impact on our environment.
UK mills require us to have very little contamination by way of plastics etc and thus we ask that you follow our sorting guide prior to shredding.
We shred to (and are independently audited to) BS15713en2009, the British Shredding Standard.
Our auditing forms part of our ISO 9001:2015.
We offer 3 types of service:-

This is the most popular service.
Drop Off Shredding: You would visit our shredding plant at a pre-arranged appointment time and watch your shredding being done. (This service only applies at our shredding plant in Blackburn)
