Jeff Jones
Jeff has 40 years’ experience working within the Engineering Process systems, shredding industry, initially starting his career as an Electrical Engineer. As well as running Lancashire Shredding, Jeff also runs Autobaler which designs and installs specialist waste handling and Automatic baling machines, shredders and conveyors.
Jeff’s intricate knowledge of the industry allows Lancashire Shredding to operate in an efficient and professional manner
Becky Jones
Becky has worked for Lancashire Shredding for 7 years and is responsible for the day to day running of the company and ensures that our routing and scheduling of collections is efficient. Becky also carries out site visits for larger scale destruction needs.
Jennifer Kennaugh
Jen oversees the sales and marketing activity for Lancashire Confidential Shredding, and has worked for the company for 5 years. Jen carries out customer engagement, and publishing our professional destruction services, books jobs in and is on hand to talk to any existing or new customers about their requirements and the solutions we can offer.
Connor McDonald
Connor oversees the Accounts and Core business functions as well and looks after the Lancashire Confidential Shredding fleet. Connor has worked for Lancashire Confidential Shredding for 2 years and is always on hand to discuss your requirements, making bookings, providing quotations for either existing and new clients.
Dave Long
Dave has worked for Lancashire Confidential Shredding for 8 years and carries out collections throughout Lancashire and Cumbria. Dave is efficient and highly praised by customers for his conscientious approach to collections. He also works in the plant ensuring that all paperwork is shredded.
Dean O’Kane
Dean has worked for Lancashire Confidential Shredding for 5 years and carries out collections throughout Lancashire and Cumbria. Dean’s forte is collecting within the Cumbria & Lakes area, he knows the area like the back of his hand! He also works in the plant ensuring that all paperwork is shredded.
Andrew Fairbrother
Andy has worked within the company since its inception, also working for our sister company Autobaler as an Engineer, Andy is called on as a collection driver to cover when volumes peak or to assist on large scale jobs.
Jack Turner
Jack has worked within the company for 2 years, also works for our sister company Autobaler as an Engineer, Jack is called on as a collection driver to cover when volumes peak or to assist on large scale jobs.
Tigger Kennaugh
Tigger is an 11 year old Staffie, who is well loved by all of the staff he enjoys chasing his ball around the office and enjoys any attention he gets.
Bobby Jones
Bobby is a six year old French bulldog with a larger than life personality, he ensures that staff morale is kept high and cheers people up if they are feeling down. He enjoys treats of any kind and paws at staff and visitors for head scratches.
Pablo McDonald
Pablo is a four-year-old Chihuahua who is a large dog in a small package, like Bobby he enjoys any attention that he gets.
